Notes
1Minimum
membership term is 6-months. Memberships are effective as of
the first of the month after the member's contract is approved and
account setup (ie. memberships effective as of May 1st
are for those members whose contracts are approved between April 1st
and April 30th). All payments will be due according
to the payment schedule specified in the member's contract.
2Pre-paid contracts are
available in 12 month increments only. Pre-paid contracts may be
paid in annual, semi-annual or quarterly installments and still be eligible
for setup fee discounts. Members who sign up for a pre-paid
contract will receive 10% off the total contract cost, excluding any
setup fees.
